Oversee your organizational access
This feature is available for organizational accounts. Learn more
Add users to invite team members to join you in Minimus. When you add users, you will decide how you want them to authenticate: by GitHub, Google, or SAML (Single-Sign On, SSO).
Users table
The users table includes the following information:
-
Users that have active accounts will appear as active.
-
Users that have been invited to join the platform will appear as pending.
You can revoke an invitation as long as the user has not yet accepted their invitation.
Note the identity provider for every user account is listed. It may be Google, GitHub, or SAML.
Add users
You can add as many users as you like. There are no limits on the number of seats.
- Click add user (top right).
- Select the identity provider: Google or GitHub.
- Add the Google email address or GitHub username, as appropriate.
- Send a message to the invited user to let them know they’ve been invited.
The new user will show a pending status until they accept.
If a user is set to log in with Google, they cannot log in using their GitHub username and vice versa.
Delete & remove users
- Non-SSO users: You can delete non-SAML users. This will revoke their access to your Minimus account.
- SSO users: You can remove SAML users to clean up the users table and remove obsolete accounts. This action does not impact access, as it is controlled by the external SAML provider.
Accepting an invitation
If the invited user already has a personal Minimus account, they will see a banner notifying them of the invitation.
-
If they opt to accept the invitation, a confirmation window will inform them that their pull stats and pull token will be reset in the process.
-
If they opt to decline the invitation, a confirmation window will inform them that the only drawback is that their pull stats and pull token will be reset. If they decline again, their invitation will be considered revoked and will no longer appear in the users table.
